The Batona Trail is one of the longest trails in New Jersey, covering 53 miles of forests and wetlands in New Jersey's Pinelands National Reserve. Constructed in 1961 by the Ba - To - Nature (Batona) hiking club this trail traverses the Pinelands from north to south.
